why we built TeamUp.

We had an idea for a project but no one to build it with.

We looked everywhere. We asked around at school, posted in group chats, sent cold DMs on Instagram and LinkedIn. Nothing worked. The people we found were either not serious, didn't have the right skills, or just disappeared after the first conversation.

There was no platform, no tool, no place designed to help high school students find real teammates. So we built one ourselves.

TeamUp exists because we lived through the frustration of wanting to build something meaningful but having no way to find the right people. This is what we wish existed when we started.
